Sometimes You don't know until ya STEP

”Sometimes You don’t know until ya STEP?” ...
At the start of 2019, my Church home declared that this was the year of ‘Expansion’. I didn’t fully understand what that meant for me but I knew it was going to be life-changing. Around February I felt the Lord, say ‘he was giving me a new name’ and brought me the story of Abraham, when God literally gave Him a new name, with a new appointed season.
I still didn’t know what that meant fully for me but I think I’m getting a glimpse... This has been probably one of the hardest, most challenging seasons so far in my life....Wrestling within my spirit like Jacob wrestled for his miracle... Like the grapes being pressed for new wine... like gold being purified.... though challenging, I’ve never been more thankful. I’m falling in love with Jesus more every day. He’s expanding my capacity for more of him; He is expanding the mission on my heart; I believe Jesus is the hope of the world and I am on mission to help people find that hope!

I love the story in the Bible when Peter is out on the boat ... and Jesus asked him to step out of the boat, onto the water and come to him... (ummm Jesus you crazy) .... Here’s the thing ... Peter had a decision to make... and sometimes we won’t know is it’s right until we step out. Peter didn’t know the water would be solid until he physically put his foot down on it. Sometimes the biggest steps is life require to step out and test our foundation... Sometimes you don’t know until you Step..
